Projects I am currently working
I have been working most recently into projects in partnership with Fernando Lanzer. They are:
- A book called "See What the Brazilians Say"
- And a documentary on an historical figure from
our home state Rio Grande do Sul, in Southern
Brazil.
Book "See What the Dutch Say"
This book has similar structure to the one for Dutch culture called "See What the Dutch Say", where my photography was applied to show a set of Dutch popular expressions, as well as its meaning and connection with the underlying values of the culture.
Documentary "On the Trail of João Francisco"
This documentary is a project aiming to preserve history for the new generations of our family and for educational and historical institutions dedicated to Brazilian history. It refers to a complex historical revolutionary called João Francisco Pereira de Souza, who in the XIX century fought to establish and maintained the republican ideals in the Southern region of Brazil.
